Session Format
The 10-week programme can be delivered online or in-person in West London. Each week includes a two-hour session for groups or a 1.5-hour session for individuals. A blend of facilitation, reflection, and personal written exercises is used in each session, sharing a range of tools, insights, and an easy-to-understand approach to the science behind why we behave as we do
