By learning to identify patterns of control and coercion, participants can take the first steps toward creating a safer and more fulfilling future.

Session Format

The Freedom Awareness for Survivors runs for 10 weeks, with weekly group sessions lasting 2 hours or individual sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Sessions include guided discussions, reflective exercises, and practical tools, offering participants a comprehensive and supportive experience.
